Our Story
DAV Productions was established in 2001 in order to meet the companies’ needs of event production. We are honored to satisfy our customers’ requirements for any kind of events scope. Each year we service all industries including technology, retail, financial, aeronautics, communications, and legal. Our goal is to bring our customers the ultimate show experience with the latest technology.
Our Inventory
DAV Productions owns and maintains a $3.5 million inventory of audio visual equipment stored at our Phoenix warehouse. We also own two big rig trucks and employ two full time Class B drivers so that we can service events outside any West Coast sites or locations not accessible by freight.

Nowadays’ advanced technology, high speed is a must; we have proven we are able to deliver. However, listening to our customers is the way to guarantee a successful event, so we keep that in mind in order to deliver the customer’s demands in the best form.
Leadership and Experience
DAV team consists of 17 full-time employees, each one has been in the audio/visual production industry for 15 years. We also have plenty of professionals and specialists located in several areas that are available at any time they’re needed.

DAV Productions was formed to build a commitment to excellence and insure partner friendly relationships. We want to be more than an event vendor, we want to be your partner. We pride ourselves in maintaining a small-firm feel by treating each client with care and consideration.
Labor Union Agreements
DAV Productions currently has numerous contracts with labor unions and we are on multiple union lists that accept our payments directly. We negotiate directly with the labor unions in such cities as Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Philadelphia, New York, Las Vegas, Boston and Long Beach. This allows DAV to save the client the labor union mark-up fee.
Virtual Events
DAV Productions will produce, customize and deliver high end streaming and recording services to all your clients globally.
Fees
Shipping Fees, Taxes and Insurance Binder are contained in our all-inclusive bids which also incorporate hotel, food, (all inclusive) includes hotel, food, overtime, etc. These costs are wrapped up in the Strike and Delivery charges.
